If it appears, then SSL is active. You can double check this by looking at the URL as well. If SSL is active, then the first characters of that line will read 'https' rather than just 'http'. It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. - Returns & Replacements

We’re happy to exchange or refund your online purchase within 14 days from date of delivery. If in the unlikely event the item is damaged or faulty please notify us as soon as your order is received & we'll arrange replacement at no additional charge to you. If you change your mind, or ordered the wrong item, simply send the item(s) back within 14 days & we'll organise a refund or exchange. In this instance you will be charged for the return postage.
Live locally? You are welcome to drop the product back to our Prahran store, please bring your delivery receipt with you.
If you choose to return the item by mail/courier:
- Please retain & reuse the packaging that your item/s was shipped in
- Affix postage to the parcel
- We will process your refund (excluding postage charge) in the same way you originally paid, eg credit card

- Step 1: Add items to cart
- You can find products to purchase in a number of ways: by selecting a category from the menu, by typing a decription in the search box, or by clicking on the image of a product. Some products are offered in multiple sizes, simply click on the drop box to choose the size. If you want to order multiple sizes of the same product, simply select the item again then choose the other size.
- Then click on Add to Cart. From here you can contunue shopping or proceed to view your cart
- Step 2: Your Cart
- At any time, you can review items in your cart - it the top right corner of the website, you will see Your cart (0), the number indicates the number of items. To view the items, click on Your Cart.
- Step 3: Finalise order
- Once you are happy with your purchase, select proceed to checkout. Enter your details if you are a guest, or confirm your details if an existing member.Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive a Confirmation email
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.
- All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD), prices displayed include GST.
- From time to time we will offer specials or promotions. Discounts will be applied at the checkout.
- Viewing Orders
- To view your order, simply login to view your order / order status
- Updating Account Information
- If you would like to update any of your personal details, such as name, phone, address, email, simply login login to your account.
- Once you have made the required changed, click submit to update.
