Further to your Statutory Rights;

Should you change your mind, we will gladly provide an exchange, store credit or refund providing the following conditions are met:

1. The item with the original receipt is returned within 14 days of purchase;
2. The item is in original condition as purchased, including all packaging manuals and accessories.

Clearance/Discontinued Items

We do not refund, exchange or provide store credits for items reduced to clear. Please choose carefully.

Without proof of purchase

St Kilda Art Supplies reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange for items returned without proof of purchase.

St Kilda Art Supplies reserves the right to:

Refuse a refund or exchange if the product has been damaged due to inappropriate use.

Refuse a refund for free or bonus items.

Re-calculate the refund value of items that were purchased as part of a value package offer.
