Shipping & Returns
All orders are securely packaged in an effort to ensure the goods arrive to you in the same condition that they left us.
(Except Stretched Canvas, large, bulky items & remote locations, including regional and metro QLD, SA, NT & WA)
Shipping costs for orders over 100kg will not be calculated automatically at the checkout, email us for a price estimate prior to ordering. Cost will be determined by delivery location, weight and size of the order.
We use Australia Post Standard & Express Parcel, Express Satchel, Fastway Couiers or Direct Freight for shipping, these are independant freight moving companies and we can not be held responsible if there quoted shipping estimates are not met. Please note that items longer than 100cm, heavier than 20kg, aerosols & flammable products cannot be sent by Australia Post, even though you may be presented with this option at the checkout. If you select post for any of these items, you may be billed for additional shipping. Goods can only be shipped in a satchel if their size permits. If you choose 500gm or 3kg satchel & the item is too large, you may be billed for additional shipping. If you have any shipping or postal queries, please email us at email@example.com

Fastway Couriers deliveries do not include insurance, however insurance can be arranged for an additional fee & is recommended for large, fragile items such as easels or canvases.. For enquiries email firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping Dispatch Times
Express Post (within Australia) - 1-3 working days depending on destination & availability of goods.
Standard Post (within Australia) - 1-7 working days depending on destination & availability of goods.
Courier (within Australia) - 1-7 working days depending on destination & availability of goods.
Sea Mail (International) - 12-15 weeks depending on destination & availability of goods.
Air Mail (International) - 3-12 days depending on destination & availability of goods.
Please note that if you require orders urgently, let us know & we will endeavour to meet your deadline, where possible.
We are unable to track parels sent via standard International Australia Post Air Mail, we can not be held responsible for missing postage.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange in full less the cost of shipping, so long as the products are returned to us within 7 (seven) days of you receiving them, undamaged and in original packaging. Please note we can not be held responsible for a late delivery by an independant postage or courier service.
In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty, artstoreonline.com.au will cover the postage & handling costs.
